From 2006 to 2015, Nico Lurot traveled the globe as a professional Muay Thai fighter, competing at an elite level while simultaneously working as an underwater cinematographer. During this time, he built a reputation for capturing stunning visuals in extreme environments, blending technical skill with a fearless, cinematic eye.

In 2024, Nico Lurot transitioned into acting after being discovered by director Michael Head. Initially cast as an extra in A Meeting Across the River, his natural screen presence and intensity quickly caught the director's attention. That breakout moment led to a pivotal role as one of the main villains in Head's feature film Jackie the Stripper-a gritty, stylish grind house flick in which Nico brought a raw, menacing edge to the screen.

With a background rooted in combat sports, high-pressure filming, and real-world grit, Nico Lurot brings authenticity and power to every role.
